Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and guide enterprise DLP capabilities and data protection strategies across endpoints, network, cloud, collaboration, and SaaS.
  • •Define and evolve DLP strategy, policies, detection logic, control frameworks, escalation criteria, and technical requirements aligned to risk tolerance and regulatory expectations.
  • •Serve as a technical authority for DLP tools (including Broadcom/Symantec DLP, Microsoft Purview, and Varonis) and guide accurate, consistent control implementation.
  • •Lead DLP engineering work such as enterprise-scale detection design, policy implementation patterns, testing approaches, false-positive reduction, and control effectiveness validation.
  • •Partner on investigations and audits, translate technical findings into executive risk context, and help build operating models, runbooks, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of advanced cybersecurity, security engineering, data protection, DLP, security operations, or related technology experience.
