Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product software development team deliverables from requirements to final code delivery with required software quality.
  • •Learn product domain and software infrastructure to provide technical mentorship and conduct technical reviews for engineers.
  • •Define functional specification, design specification, implementation & verification plan for given requirements.
  • •Supervise software developers and analyze software performance and configuration systems; manage deployment and integration of new software.

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (CE/EE background) with 8–12 years of industry experience.
  • •10+ years in software development with new product development and experience with bug fixing, maintenance, and continuous integration releases.
  • •4+ years driving/contributing to HLD & LLD and participating in code reviews and coding practices (clean code, SOLID).
  • •3+ years in Python programming and libraries (e.g., NumPy, OpenCV, pandas).
  • •Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production-grade software systems (GPU/CPU), including containers/orchestration (e.g., Docker).
