Job Summary

Lead a senior software team building and deploying inspection-domain product software from requirements through production-quality delivery. Supervise and mentor 8–10 developers, run technical reviews, define specifications and verification plans, and guide debugging and performance analysis. Work with cross-functional and multi-site teams across time zones while evaluating new technologies and integrating software deployments using modern architectures (monolith/SOA/microservices) and AI/ML solutions on CPU/GPU.

•Own product software development team deliverables from requirements to final code delivery with required software quality.
•Learn product domain and software infrastructure to provide technical mentorship and conduct technical reviews for engineers.

•Supervise software developers and analyze software performance and configuration systems; manage deployment and integration of new software.
•Build and hire software developers; lead teams to support initiatives and communicate timely across a multi-site, cross-time-zone environment.

•3+ years in Python programming and libraries (e.g., NumPy, OpenCV, pandas).
•Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production-grade software systems (GPU/CPU), including containers/orchestration (e.g., Docker).
