  • •Manage daily order queues with speed, precision, and high clinical accuracy to meet turnaround targets and prevent enrollment delays.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on lab ordering processes and workflows while providing clinical expertise to the interdisciplinary care team.
  • •Proactively identify friction/error-prone steps and automation opportunities to optimize initial operations, partnering with stakeholders to resolve clinical blockers and improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) (or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)) from an accredited nursing program.
  • •Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience.
  • •Active, unrestricted multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), with willingness to obtain additional individual state licenses.
