Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Prepare project elements with clients, including scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates/budget, schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans, track progress and status/variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment using analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • •Organizational skills and strong quantitative/math skills for mildly complex financial calculations.
