Senior Manager – Facilities & Real Estate

Lead workplace, facilities, and real estate delivery across Ciena’s Ottawa campus and Canadian portfolio. Serve as the primary client-facing leader for corporate real estate and workplace services, aligning local business needs with global objectives. Oversee end-to-end workplace and real estate projects, optimize space utilization using occupancy data, manage escalations and move requests, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance, service excellence, and improved employee experience.
