Senior Project Manager - Development

Represent developer clients across the full front-end lifecycle of large data center projects, from site identification and acquisition through development, entitlement, utility coordination, due diligence, and construction readiness. Lead project governance, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholder updates. Support feasibility studies, permitting and infrastructure planning, and oversee design/construction phase deliverables, reviews, commissioning plan coordination, and handover to operations.
