Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry, with expertise in compliance training governance and compliance risk management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business, or related field; JD or Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Experience managing vendor relationships and understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including front-office staff, risk professionals, and senior executives.
  • •Strong project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
