Manager, Process Engineer

Lead a process engineering team to characterize hardware, develop characterization methods, and apply new technologies across complex semiconductor and display systems. Partner with key customers to resolve high-complexity process engineering issues, manage experimental tests, and escalate critical technology risks. Drive product process specifications, coordinate effective product/technology demonstrations, and support market-share improvement through cross-team collaboration and strategic execution.
