Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage materials flow and inventory transactions to support plant operations using lean material flow.
  • •Administer indirect and MRO purchasing in alignment with Eaton standards.
  • •Generate and monitor short-term production schedules aligned with the Network and SIOP plan.
  • •Execute logistics activities including internal receipts, storage, distribution, transportation, and shipment scheduling.
  • •Champion continuous improvement using tools such as internal assessments, visual management, standard work, and value stream mapping.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years combined experience in Materials, Operations, Customer Service and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of one (1) year manager of people experience.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • •Must be a U.S. person for access to export-controlled information (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
