Key Responsibilities

  • •Own high-value inventory, ensuring serial-number-level tracking and zero loss.
  • •Receive devices from IT, verify quantity, serial numbers and physical condition, and record movements in registers and Google Sheets.
  • •Hand over inventory to Field Ops and manage returns with Field Ops, ensuring proper handoffs and documentation.
  • •Conduct daily reconciliation between physical stock, Google Sheets, and Field Ops records; track overdue or missing items.
  • •Maintain documentation and audit readiness, ensuring access control and supporting internal checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience handling high-value inventory or assets.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas).
  • •Experience with manual inventory registers.
  • •High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Experience with inward/outward inventory movements and reconciliation.
