Job Summary

Provide customer service to Techniseal customers via email and telephone, handling pricing, inventory availability, and transportation cost inquiries. Enter and verify customer orders in the ERP system, coordinate shipments, and calculate freight rates. Communicate daily with customers and internal representatives while recommending products that best meet customer needs and supporting administrative tasks for the Customer Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide efficient customer service via email and telephone, including responding to pricing and inventory availability requests and obtaining transportation cost quotations.
•Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system, verifying order entry accuracy against purchase orders and reviewing agreements/contracts for exceptions.
•Calculate transportation costs and ensure inventory availability and location for sand products.
•Plan and coordinate transportation, prepare shipment documentation, calculate freight rates, and monitor/follow up on deliveries.
•Perform administrative and related tasks supporting the Customer Service Department.

Key Requirements

•Fully bilingual in French and English.
•Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook.
•High School Diploma (DES) or equivalent.
•Experience with EDI and/or knowledge of an ERP system is an asset.
