Job Summary

Manage strategic supplier sourcing for naked printed circuit board (NPI) materials, including planning and running RFIs/RFPs. Negotiate commercial and contractual terms, develop and secure contracts tied to project needs, and propose best-value market offers aligned with the purchasing strategy. Collaborate with internal teams and PCB assembly buyers, while supporting the purchasing strategy through market and risk analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize and run supplier consultations, including RFIs (demande d’information) and RFPs (appel d’offres).
•Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions with suppliers.
•Develop and ensure contracts aligned with project requirements and risks.
•Propose best market offers consistent with the purchasing strategy.
•Collaborate with internal teams and buyers for assembled printed circuit boards (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), and contribute to purchasing strategy via needs, market, and risk analysis.

Key Requirements

•Master’s-level education (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school minimum.
•Experience in electronics, particularly printed circuit boards (circuits imprimés).
•Experience with the purchasing process: supplier management, negotiation, contracting, market analysis, and export regulations.
•Ability to manage supplier relationships in a complex environment.
•Fluent English (anglais courant).
