Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist management in evaluating plant maintenance employees and vendors for qualifications, experience, and ability to comply with facilities maintenance programs and procedures.
  • •Make technical recommendations on facilities/GSE work, and review contracts and vendor quotes for accuracy and correct job scope.
  • •Initiate and manage repair work orders for time and material vendors, and review vendor invoices for correct labor and material charges.
  • •Inform station management of facilities abuse-related damage and accident repair costs, and support station teams with part procurement and technical expertise.
  • •Perform facilities, station, and vendor audits to ensure compliance with facilities maintenance policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • •1 year of leadership experience supervising production operations related to heavy/shop maintenance.

  • •Strong interpersonal and PC skills, including the ability to assign work to designated workers.
