•Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment and following store policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.8 - 22.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and developing strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
