Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform data into actionable insights that support business decision-making across recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations to help stakeholders monitor performance and identify opportunities.
  • •Use AI, automation, and reusable templates/workflows to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of analysis and reporting.
  • •Communicate findings through clear written summaries, presentations, and visualizations explaining what happened, why it happened, and what action to consider.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, verify, and document data sources, business logic, assumptions, and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of relevant experience in a data analyst or consultant role, with contact center or healthcare experience as a plus.
  • •Advanced SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex aggregations.
  • •Experience working with large-scale data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake.
  • •Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • •Ability to independently analyze ambiguous business questions and determine an appropriate analytical approach.
