Pre-sales consultant delivering technical expertise and architecture-based demonstrations to showcase Workiva’s platform. You will develop proofs of concept, tailor use-cases, and collaborate with sales, product marketing, and client services to articulate value, drive discovery, and enable successful customer onboarding and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings, drive the discovery process, and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer/prospect needs
•Ensure customer success by working with Workiva Client Services team for smooth on-boarding and long term success
•Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domain areas developing working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact
•Assist in developing new use-cases or by using existing templates providing proof of our solution's impact and value proposition
•Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, build and present customer specific business cases

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 127,000 - 203,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
•4 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, software development, technical sales, or a related field
•Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives
•Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
•Hands on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred
