Job Summary

Own and grow strategic partnerships across the US and Canada, managing day-to-day collaboration with Big Four firms, system integrators, solution vendors, and actuarial consulting firms. Build partner engagement plans, drive joint pipeline reviews, and coordinate co-marketing campaigns with Marketing to generate qualified opportunities. Partner with Account Executives throughout sales cycles, identify SI-led implementation opportunities early, and coordinate partner training and certification.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Akur8’s partner relationships across the US and Canada and manage day-to-day collaboration with Big 4, system integrators, and solution vendors.
•Build partner engagement plans with regular check-ins, executive-sponsored go-to-market sessions, and joint pipeline reviews.
•Work with Marketing and key partners to develop joint campaigns and events that create qualified pipelines.
•Partner with Account Executives throughout active sales cycles and identify opportunities where system integrators support implementation early.
•Coordinate partner training and certification with Akur8’s Actuarial Data Science and Solution Delivery teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with insurance and/or system integrator involvement.
•Experience managing executive-level relationships at professional services firms or SIs, building joint GTM commitments between partners and vendors.
•Strong understanding of the US insurance market and its key players.
•Comfort owning commercial outcomes (direct quota or close collaboration with an Account Executive).
•Excellent negotiation skills and ability to maintain momentum across long relationship cycles.
