Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion and lead projects to improve Eaton’s Zero Incident Safety Culture, supporting EHS committees to meet yearly targets.
  • •Facilitate site risk assessments to identify critical EHS hazards and define targets/objectives based on key EHS risks.
  • •Partner with functional support/engineering teams to ensure plant changes and upgrades follow PROLaunch and MESH change management processes.
  • •Use EHS data processes (e.g., MESH Prism) to manage injury/illness and environmental metrics, track corrective actions, and produce data for monthly balanced scorecards.
  • •Manage site security as needed and support EHS engagement through employee teams/committees, training, and ergonomic evaluation for work design improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental studies, manufacturing engineering, management/business, or supply chain.
  • •1+ years of EHS experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now and in the future.
  • •No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the Woodridge facility.
  • •Preferred: experience with Powered Industrial Trucks, Electrical Safety, and Ergonomics programs.
