Parts Department Lead - 2nd Shift

Lead day-to-day inspection center operations by managing and developing hourly associates to safely move vehicles for repairs and consistently meet production, inventory, quality, and rework targets. Oversee team performance through coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards. Review mechanical and physical defects, train associates using quality control standards, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair or rejection decisions.
