Design, develop, and sustain transmit/receive (T/R) microwave products for airborne antenna systems, including modules, planar arrays, and related test solutions. Apply disciplined engineering process to plan, coordinate, and implement microwave design and test, and drive design improvements through close interface with factory, program, and customer stakeholders. Support troubleshooting and defect-trend analysis to implement process/product improvements for production needs in an on-site McKinney, TX role.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and sustain state-of-the-art Transmit/Receive (T/R) microwave products (modules, TRIMMs, planar arrays, etc).
•Implement best-practice standards for planning, coordination, and execution of microwave design and test with engineering process discipline and leadership.
•Interface with factory, program, and customer personnel to implement design improvements.
•Support factory troubleshooting, analyze product defect trends, and implement process/product improvements aligned with production needs.
•Work 1st shift, 100% on-site, based in McKinney, TX.

Key Requirements

•Requires a STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant prior experience.
•Experience with transmit/receive functions covering a large frequency range (MHz thru Ka-band).
•Experience with data analysis using MATLAB.
•Prefer RF/microwave design verification test (DVT) experience with network/spectrum analyzers and/or antenna measurement systems.
•Prefer experience using Keysight ADS and Mentor Graphics Xpedition design software.
