Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Inclusion and CSR programs and social impact initiatives.
  • •Create and prepare communications for internal and external audiences, including PowerPoint presentations, draft messages, summaries, and talking points.
  • •Conduct research and gather input for projects related to social responsibility, employee engagement, and nonprofit partnerships.
  • •Maintain activity trackers, event plans, and project documentation; coordinate meetings and track deadlines.
  • •Prepare stakeholder-alignment materials to ensure smooth information flow across teams, working with regional leaders and their direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as a student at a university, business school, or applied sciences program.
  • •Preferred fields of study: Communications, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or related areas.
  • •Strong computer skills with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with AI is a plus.
  • •Fluent in English and German.
  • •Experience in administration, project coordination, or project management, including working across time zones.
