Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, register, and provide technical service for customer requests/problems through multiple contact channels, following regulatory guidelines.
  • •Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting using service technical information and knowledge, creating service work orders as needed.
  • •Prioritize remote resolution; when remote resolution is not possible, define a clear action plan (including parts if required) and diagnosis before dispatch.
  • •Communicate service status updates to customers throughout the resolution process.
  • •Handle customer complaints (safety and non-safety) and manage escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis and action.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Open to fresh graduates; candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • •Fluent in Korean and able to communicate in English at a business level.
  • •Experience/competence in IT/network diagnosis, system connectivity, and remote service is preferred.
  • •Customer-facing mindset with strong communication skills; prior experience in engineering/medical/science environments is preferred.
