Join a remote-first team building the control-plane and stack lifecycle tooling for Grafana Cloud. You’ll design and operate reconciliation systems, manage stack configurations across multiple regions, and collaborate with Product, Hosted Grafana, and Infrastructure to ensure reliable, scalable internal and customer-facing services. Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and operate reconciliation systems, including the SSS backend, to track desired stack state and detect drift across multiple sources
•Collaborate across SSS, grafana.com, and deployment configurations to ensure stack lifecycle workflows are reliable, observable, and resilient
•Improve operational efficiency by reducing deployment complexity and contributing to the Stack Config Reconciliation project
•Manage rollout mechanisms for provisioned plugins, dashboards, data sources, Grafana versions, and stack-level configuration
•Support new region and cluster rollouts and improve incident response and recovery paths

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 186,368 - 223,642 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of fully remote work experience
•Professional experience with Golang and backend service/app code
•Experience with delivering projects from requirements to shipping in a self-driven way

•Experience mentoring junior engineers and working across teams to align with stakeholders
