Lead aquatic ecology expertise for Western Canada within the EPP Ecology and Permitting team, providing technical oversight, quality reviews, and guidance on aquatic standards, protocols, and best practices. Serve as a senior technical resource to staff and clients, maintain regulator and client communication, and mentor team members to build technical capability. Support growth by identifying opportunities, contributing to pursuits, and developing strategic proposals, scopes, and budgets to expand the Environment backlog.
