  • •Instill a positive safety culture and ensure personal safety and the safety of team members, including vendors and contractors.
  • •Lead and develop the engineering team by providing guidance, direction, and development to engineers.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing managers and leadership to set and assess priorities across teams.
  • •Assess manufacturing process cost effectiveness and feasibility; implement recommendations to improve safety, efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • •Prepare and implement the capital budget, perform annual performance evaluations, and drive corrective/preventive actions in response to customer complaints.
