Key Responsibilities

•Lead high-level Sportstyle marketing strategies within budget and collaborate with PR, Merchandising, and Sales to identify seasonal hero products and brand events.
•Strategize Accounts & Retail Activation by focusing on Fashion Specialty accounts and developing sell-in/sell-through toolkits to drive retail momentum.
•Oversee Global Entertainment Collaborations by coordinating campaigns with brand ambassadors, managing local KOL networks, and aligning with global entertainment campaigns.
•Coordinate Global-Local Market Alignment by bridging global HQ and local teams, ensuring branding guidelines are followed and cross-market best practices shared.
•Manage Ambassador Activation & Content Operations, including events, seeding programs, social postings, media interviews, and localization of press materials.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above
•13+ years of proven marketing experience for an international sportstyle brand
•Industry: FMCG; Leadership/management experience
•Highly advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
•English language proficiency
