Job Summary

Drive sales and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury boutique environment. Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals, organize and maintain the selling floor, and support inventory preparation. Accurately process transactions at POS, manage related CRM files, and communicate any POS discrepancies. Follow operational asset protection procedures, maintain merchandise security standards, and ensure items are properly tagged and ticketed.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals while working as part of the boutique team.
•Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support sales and client experience, including restocking and maintaining visual standards.
•Process and ensure accuracy of all transactions, including receipts and CRM files, and support after-sales service when needed.
•Support POS operations by partnering with management on POS decisions and communicating discrepancies during opening/closing and end-of-day variances.
•Comply with asset protection standards, including following key control and merchandise security procedures, EAS tagging, ticketing, and participating in inventory and cycle counts as directed.
