Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain overall responsibility for delivery of complex projects to required quality, schedule, and budget.
  • •Manage contractual requirements and claims, coordinating with the Contract Manager/Quantity Surveyor and controlling Honeywell’s exposure.
  • •Direct day-to-day operations of the project team and manage subcontractors and supply requirements.
  • •Deliver financial objectives through forecasting and control of billing/costs, driving Estimated Actual Cost at completion.
  • •Implement risk management programs and ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards while communicating with stakeholders and building trust.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Information Technology) or relevant electrical trade qualifications with significant experience.
  • •Over 10 years proven project management experience, including financial management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting, and planning.
  • •Tertiary qualifications in Project Management preferred or a proven track record.
  • •Experience across multiple disciplines such as electrical, industrial controls, BMS, electronic Security, Mechanical, and ICT (integrated hospital experience desirable).
  • •Hold NV1 clearance (highly advantageous) or ability to acquire NV1 clearance.
