Job Summary

Serve on the Maritime PNT program supporting GPS-based navigation, developing and maintaining requirements across the full systems engineering lifecycle. Translate customer needs into hardware/software specifications through functional analysis, trade studies, allocation, and interface definition. Coordinate verification criteria and plans, collaborate with Agile development teams, and drive technical risks and issue closure while adapting to changing priorities and program schedules.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
•Decompose system-level requirements into sub-system and piece-part requirements and develop verification criteria and plans.
•Collaborate with an Agile development team on technical considerations, risks, and issue closure related to system capabilities.
•Adapt to changing customer priorities and communicate effectively across organizational levels to drive processes and completion against program schedules.

Key Requirements

•Experience with at least one phase of the systems engineering lifecycle (e.g., requirements definition, analysis, decomposition, integration, verification, validation).
•Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required for eligibility.
•Experience with an Agile software development framework, including requirements specification, integration testing, and life-cycle verification.
•Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS.
