Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and lead peers in identifying key internal and external factors impacting regulatory reporting.
  • •Maintain up-to-date knowledge to support regulatory reporting compliance and improve financial reporting disclosures and processes.
  • •Monitor regulatory reporting policies and procedures for compliance with agency reporting requirements and support recurring regulatory filings.
  • •Prepare complex disclosures and analysis, and document/evaluate/improve report designs and analytical tools as requirements evolve.
  • •Provide training and guidance for less experienced staff and recruit/develop talent to achieve department objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • •5-7 years of accounting, finance, or banking related experience in industry or public accounting.
  • •Thorough knowledge of GAAP strongly desired.
  • •Proficient with MS-Windows and other PC applications; desire and ability to learn mainframe applications and automated data analysis tools and techniques.
  • •Excellent analytical and communication skills to interact with personnel from clerical to senior management.
