•Become a Canva product expert and lead complex enterprise onboarding within 30 days, including account configuration for SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, and domain verification.
•Partner 1:1 with clients to develop tailored rollout frameworks aligned to each customer’s business structure and goals.
•Drive customer timelines and adoption by aligning customer needs with Canva best practices to reach activation targets.
•Co-build and refine implementation processes and best practices for Enhanced and Premier motions to ensure team success.

•Proven ability to scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects with cross-functional stakeholders and executive visibility.
