Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure effective Maquila Program management and maintain compliance documents to current regulatory requirements and procedures.
  • •Own temporary inventory management for Eaton and Eaton Cummins and perform monthly conciliations, reconciliations, and data integrity checks.
  • •Monitor import/export compliance for raw materials, finished goods, equipment, scrap, and E&O items using applicable customs regulations, HTS classifications, and free trade agreements.
  • •Perform audits against Annex 24 materials, maintain system updates, and provide required documentation for SAT and internal/customs audits.
  • •Analyze issues impacting trade compliance, drive execution, and coordinate continuous improvement projects to close process gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualification in foreign trade or a related discipline.
  • •3–5 years in a foreign trade leadership role.

  • •Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (plus) and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel audit formulas.
