Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor project teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate with project management for NERC-compliance studies and related engineering deliverables
•Prepare proposals and lead studies for utility, renewable, and industrial power transmission and distribution systems
•Develop and maintain compliance documentation and engineering studies to meet NERC standards (CIP, EOP, FAC, MOD, PRC, TPL, VAR)
•Ensure adherence to safety policies and company codes of conduct while managing resources and budgets
•Travel to US sites for project execution and client meetings as required

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
•10+ years of post-education electrical engineering experience on large capital projects
•Engineering license (multi-state preferred)
•3+ years of project leadership experience
•Familiarity with NERC Reliability Standards across O&P and CIP, and experience executing or leading studies under these standards
