Transportation Manager - Buffalo (3rd Shift)

Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at the assigned logistics field operation location, coordinating with site leaders to deliver site goals. Review and improve daily route schedules in partnership with logistics planning and scheduling, while mentoring and holding direct reports accountable through coaching and performance management. Ensure workplace safety standards are met (including yard cleanliness and GEMBA walks) and coordinate inventory movement through the warehouse workflow as needed.
