Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain document control processes, including cataloging, change control, and archival requirements.
  • •Support capital project document workflow and delivery by managing document flow from PMC and other sources.
  • •Manage EDMS interface workflows with all relevant parties, ensuring distribution matrices and information sharing are accurate and efficient.
  • •Develop and maintain a project SharePoint-based documentation system to ensure proper document management.
  • •Manage transmittals from the PMC EDMS, coordinate workflow responses for the WLNG team, and train team members on document control processes and software.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6-7 years of relevant work experience in document controls or related roles.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft 365 products and spreadsheet tools to manage large data sets.
  • •Strong EDMS/DMS experience with an understanding of construction documentation.
  • •Experience using SharePoint-based systems and managing document workflows, transmittals, and distribution matrices.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred; AACE or PMI certification is preferred (also listed as certification requirements).
