Join the People & Organisation team to build an AI-enabled target operating model for People Operations. Own an automation roadmap that reduces manual transactional work across onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and data governance. Deliver measurable improvements to internal and candidate experiences by integrating HRIS/ATS workflows with AI and automation tools (Claude, OpenAI, MS Copilot, n8n, Power Automate). Partner with IT and leadership to scope and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide hands-on expertise in People Operations and apply AI/automation tools to optimise workflows across the employee lifecycle.
•Own end-to-end people processes (onboarding to offboarding, performance management, and data governance) and identify highest-value automation opportunities.
•Drive the People Operations automation roadmap across multiple workstreams with department-wide implications.
•Improve internal stakeholder and candidate experience by delivering AI-enabled, optimised processes.
•Act as the bridge between People Operations and IT to scope and integrate automation solutions, partnering with leadership and coordinating project delivery.

•Manage and prioritise incoming requests through a structured ticketing workflow (e.g., Jira).
