Key Responsibilities

•Be the steward of the Lovable brand voice — define it, document it, and hold the line on it across every written channel.
•Review and refine human- and AI-generated content across ads, blog, and email, ensuring every piece meets our brand standards before it goes out.
•Write when it counts — high-impact copy for ads, video scripts, website, landing pages, and other brand moments that need a skilled hand.
•Manage freelance writers and editors as needed: brief clearly, give fast feedback, and maintain a consistent quality bar across contributors.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in brand writing, copywriting, or editorial roles
•Portfolio demonstrating a range of formats—ads, web, email, video, etc.—and brand voices
•Strong editing instincts and opinions: you make good writing great, fast
•Experience owning or stewarding a brand voice end-to-end
•Comfortable reviewing and elevating AI-assisted content, including building your own AI writing/editing tools
•Proven ability to manage and direct freelance contributors
