Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide statutory electrical guidance and fulfil responsibilities associated with Electrical Supervisor appointments under relevant WHS legislation.
  • •Promote a positive safety culture by supporting compliance, risk management, and safe system of work practices across drilling operations.
  • •Identify, evaluate and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance electrical reliability, safety, and asset performance.
  • •Maintain statutory inspections, records and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with legislative obligations.
  • •Coach, mentor and provide technical support to operational teams to build electrical capability and improve decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Current WA A-Grade Electrical Licence.
  • •Demonstrated experience supervising commercial, industrial or mining electrical projects.
  • •S26 training.

  • •Strong knowledge of electrical statutory compliance, inspections, risk management and legislative requirements.
