Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Dive Center Manager and support smooth dive center operations.
  • •Lead certified divers on guided dives from the assigned asset while ensuring safety and guest engagement.
  • •Assist instructors during dive courses in accordance with PADI standards and procedures.
  • •Prepare dive boats and teaching environments daily; support cylinder filling and equipment handling while maintaining the dive center appearance.
  • •Support retail and dive-related sales activities and collaborate with Sustainability and SEZ teams on environmental and marine protection requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Active and renewed PADI Divemaster certification.
  • •Minimum 250 logged dives across various geographic locations.
  • •Strong knowledge of PADI courses, standards, and procedures.
  • •Proven background in dive center operations and dive retail, with hospitality/guest service experience.
  • •Valid fit-to-dive medical and experience with diving health and safety, plus equipment handling and basic maintenance knowledge.
