Job Summary

Safely and efficiently perform warehouse duties to support internal and external customers, including pulling, loading/unloading, sorting, staging, pallet building, wrapping, transporting, counting, and quality control. Maintain accurate shipping/receiving and recordkeeping (e.g., BOLs, pick tickets, receivers) while operating warehouse and material-handling equipment and automation systems such as voice pick and automated conveyors. Ensure food safety/GMP compliance and complete safety checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Verify accuracy and quality of products received and shipped, including check-in/check-out and recordkeeping (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOP.
•Count returned goods (damaged, full, and/or empty) and handle rework/replenishment as required.
•Operate the yard switcher, automatic/straight trucks, and warehouse material-handling equipment (including forklifts) for storing, staging, retrieving, loading, and unloading.
•Use automation systems/screens, voice pick, paper pick tickets, and warehouse management systems to build and verify pallet accuracy and ensure correct load outs and inventory counts.
•Follow safety and pre-trip checks, perform basic cleaning/maintenance and janitorial tasks, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety rules.

Key Requirements

•Must be able to pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
•At least six (6) months of forklift experience preferred.
•Computer/human machine interface skills.
•Mechanical aptitude and good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
•Must be able to read and understand product labels and load ticket instructions, count large quantities, and follow procedures for performing work.
