Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a high-performing, multi-domain engineering team of Project Managers and subject matter experts to ensure successful program delivery.
  • •Oversee all program phases (concept, development, implementation, evaluation, closeout) and ensure integration of prime and subcontractor program segments.
  • •Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) inputs for program milestones, tasks, dependencies, risks, resources, and activities; produce meeting minutes and formal review outputs.
  • •Own cost, schedule, and performance; drive risk management and contract compliance; ensure program financial health and quality customer experience.
  • •Manage key delivery elements including KPI tracking and metrics reporting, Quality Control Plan (QCP), complex invoicing, staffing, subcontractor management, and on-call escalation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of seven (7) years of verifiable management experience directing contract operation support functions and managing complex projects for a large Federal agency.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of experience in networking, mobility, cloud, and information technology, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • •Must have clearance to start (Clearance Level: Secret).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience per posting).
  • •Required certifications: PMP and ITIL V3 (or V4). Network, Cloud and SAFE Agile certifications are highly desired.
