Job Summary

Support loan servicing for internal and external customers while executing a variety of standard loan operations activities. Handle intermediate to advanced loan maintenance (including corrections, reversals, and payment reapplications), interest accrual, loan boarding, escrow and insurance monitoring, collateral maintenance, and credit bureau updates. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance (including BSA/AML and dual control), while partnering with Financial Accounting and contributing to process improvements and projects.

•Support customers’ loan servicing needs and maintain assigned process/procedures.
•Perform intermediate to advanced loan maintenance, including code corrections/changes, reversals, and reapplication of payments.
•Perform manual interest accrual calculations and loan boarding to core operating systems with accuracy.
•Process escrow and insurance activities, including escrow disbursements, escrow record/screen updates, insurance monitoring, and force placement.
•Ensure compliance with bank regulations (including BSA/AML and dual control), meet daily production goals, and support quality assurance and year-end reporting activities.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Minimum 2 years loan servicing experience or 3 years operations-related experience required.
•Banking, accounting, or finance experience required.
•Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite.
•Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
