Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily maintenance activities and set up maintenance schedules for assigned equipment areas.
  • •Follow standard operating maintenance procedures while replacing, adjusting, installing, and repairing feed mill equipment.
  • •Continuously identify maintenance problems, develop corrective strategies, and reduce unscheduled downtime.
  • •Maintain shift maintenance reports and track maintenance records using the Methods system; manage preventative maintenance activities and parts replacement records.
  • •Support safety and environmental compliance by maintaining safety awareness, following EMS policies, reporting environmental/food safety issues, and maintaining critical parts inventory.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and at least 1 year of successful industrial maintenance experience.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform assembly of feed mill equipment.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues, including VFD/soft-start drives and 3-phase circuitry.
  • •Experience with pneumatic and liquid systems (e.g., compressors, solenoid valves; positive displacement pumps and calibration).
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety, operating/maintenance documents, and electrical schematics.
