Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult and communicate with employees, managers, and leaders on employee-related matters and deployment of company strategy.
  • •Provide proactive and reactive employee relations support, including investigations, coaching, counseling, disciplinary meetings, and terminations.
  • •Manage HRIS and Pay Systems while collecting, recording, and analyzing HR data and reporting insights to leadership.
  • •Oversee recruitment and hiring activities, including interviewing, onboarding, orientation, and employee recognition programs.
  • •Administer HR programs and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Development, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Business Administration/Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3+ years of experience in an HR role, with high-level customer service skills.
  • •Ability to multi-task, prioritize objectives, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong conflict resolution, critical thinking, and discretion/confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
