  • •Bridge COO/CTO agenda: Ensure solutions address critical business problems while wrapping proposals in ROI models.
  • •Commercial strategy: Qualify strategic engagements and allocate resources to maximize ARR growth.
  • •Orchestrate the Digital Twin: Oversee complex transformation programs across value chains including onboarding, trade lifecycle, and claims processing.
  • •Scale value and innovation: Codify best practices, develop industry-specific playbooks, and provide a Voice of the Customer to Product & Engineering.
