Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Human Capital strategy for the businesses you support by partnering with business leaders, employees, and Human Capital colleagues.
  • •Execute HC priorities including analytics, culture and engagement, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
  • •Build trusted relationships with managers and employees as a point of contact and advisor on Human Capital matters.
  • •Analyze Human Capital data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform business and talent decisions.

Key Requirements
