Transportation Invoice Analyst (Hybrid)

Oversee carrier invoice review and payment processes to ensure transportation claims are handled accurately, on time, and in compliance. Own end-to-end third-party invoice/vendor payables workflows—coding, reconciliation, payment execution, exceptions, and aging review—while partnering with AP, vendors, and logistics to resolve discrepancies. Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to validate shipments and track activity, and support monthly/quarterly accruals and accounting activities.
