Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career development.
  • •Oversee end-to-end solution development for models and tools across Yield/Quality/Equip Efficiency/Labor Productivity, plus AI tools and what-if analysis.
  • •Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, and integrated into business workflows; establish best practices for model development, validation, monitoring, and governance.
  • •Drive analytics for manufacturing value engineering to identify actionable solutions that help meet site goals.
  • •Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies (including Generative AI, AI agents, and multi-agent systems) and translate new capabilities into practical, responsible business applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • •5+ years of experience in data science / advanced analytics.
  • •Experience leading or managing teams (1+ year preferred).
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, plus modern ML/statistical methods.
  • •Experience deploying models into production and working with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, etc.), including hands-on familiarity with Generative AI / LLMs and AI agent workflows.
