Key Requirements

  • •Repair construction equipment including assembly, adjustments, maintenance, and possible welding across internal combustion engines, air compressors, pumps, heavy earth moving equipment, and paving equipment.
  • •Perform lubrication and inspection across oil, air and fuel filtration, grease points/capacities, using inspection techniques to detect abnormal conditions.
  • •Assist with complete overhauls of mechanisms that transfer engine horsepower, including air-cooled engines and related starters, generators, and voltage regulators.
  • •Assist with repair and overhaul of heavy equipment such as crawler and wheel tractors, portable cranes, brooms, front end loaders, rollers, motor grades, compactors, pumps, and air compressors.
  • •3+ years of experience working on heavy equipment; must pass drug test and criminal background check; must provide own tools.
