Partner with customers as a long-term extension of their IT team, balancing day-to-day administrative support with complex release management for Salesforce-based solutions. Lead stakeholder engagement, maintain project documentation and timelines, and support release candidate prioritization. Gather requirements, assess level of effort, complete or delegate build/configuration changes, and manage deployments across environments. Guide system integration testing and user acceptance testing, and handle ongoing user, issue, and reporting support on the Force.com platform.
