Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a long-term managed services partner, balancing day-to-day administrative support with release management for business-critical processes.
  • •Lead weekly status calls and third-party vendor alignments, manage project documentation, and maintain the RAIL (Rolling Action Item Log).
  • •Create and maintain release timelines, support release candidate prioritization, and provide technical recommendations to define a roadmap.
  • •Gather and analyze requirements, assess level of effort, and complete or delegate build/configuration changes for Salesforce solutions.
  • •Handle SIT and UAT guidance, user lifecycle and data integrity, issue investigation and escalation, and ongoing reporting with data extractions/exports.
